Alternative Lighting and Technical Solutions for Africa (ALTSA) was created by an experienced group of Industrial Engineers, ex-Eskom Management and Equity Fund Management to address the need for more efficient energy solutions on the context of rapidly rising electricity costs that has become a reality in South Africa.
